Human accountability
A named author or the GT AFRIK Technical Team is accountable for each operational guide. A human reviewer approves the final text, source selection and any recommendation before publication.
Sourcing standards
We prefer primary sources: official standards, manufacturer documentation, device manuals and operator material. Sources are linked near the relevant guide and the page states when a recommendation is based on operational judgment rather than a published specification.
Use of AI assistance
AI tools may assist with structure, translation, language review or identifying questions to research. They are not accepted as evidence. Technical facts, links, customer statements and recommendations must be checked by a responsible human against source material before publication.
Commercial independence
Our guides may discuss technologies we supply or support. That commercial relationship does not change the evidence requirement. We identify product-specific material, avoid undisclosed paid placement and do not present a manufacturer claim as an independently measured GT AFRIK result.
Client confidentiality and consent
Customer names, quotations, site details, fleet data and measured outcomes require permission before public use. Sensitive operational data is removed or aggregated where necessary. An anonymous example is labelled as such and must still be supported by internal records.
Corrections
To report an error, email legal@gtafrik.com with the page URL, the statement in question and any supporting source. We review the underlying evidence and correct confirmed material errors promptly.
A correction that changes an operational conclusion, product capability or measured result will update the page’s review date and include a clear correction note. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a note.
